A Piece of JIGSAW Goodness

WINNER winner Chicken Dinner!  Lucky me was drawn as the winner of the Hannah Anderson-autographed JIGSAW movie poster, from writer Josh Stolberg, last night.  I'm super-excited as I have been an uber fan of the Saw series since day one.  And, the giveaway supports one of my favorite selfless acts... Giving Life-saving blood!  The writer of JIGSAW has more goodies to bestow upon his followers so head on over to Twitter and check him (@joshstolberg) out.  Especially if you're a fan of his work.  And, GIVE BLOOD!

Here's a little info and a video of the drawing:

Why Is Friday the 13th Considered Unlucky?

I've always wondered about this one.  I know it happens at least once a year but why the hell is it a bad/unlucky day?  Personally, I cannot recall ever having had bad luck on this date.  However, that's just me.  If you or someone you know has been unlucky on a previous Friday the 13th, or had a uniquely bad experience as a result of this spooky date, I'd love to hear about it in the comments.

That said, I hope your day is full of luck and good experiences!  Happy Friday the 13th, y'all!

HCS Confirmed for the 2018 Season

There's been a lot of speculation surrounding the longevity of the HCS.  I was one of those who bought into the misinformation, I'll admit.  This, however, brings me great joy.  Have a read and let me know your thoughts!
